Section 1 — Important Notice to All Participants

This Income Disclosure Statement ("IDS") is published by Lesmez Legacy Coaching LLC, the parent legal entity operating under the brand names Dynasty Barber University ("DBU") and Dynasty Beauty University ("DBU Beauty") (collectively, the "Company"), headquartered in Miami, Florida. This IDS is required reading for all prospective and current members of the DBU and DBU Beauty network programs.

The purpose of this document is to provide an honest, accurate, and FTC-compliant representation of the income outcomes experienced by participants in the Company's coaching and network programs. The information contained herein is derived from actual student and participant data collected during the periods specified below.

Section 2 — Program Descriptions

2.1 — One-on-One Coaching Program

The DBU One-on-One Coaching Program is the Company's primary individual coaching offering. Students purchase a six-month coaching engagement for a one-time investment of $6,000. The program includes personalized coaching calls with a Certified Coach, weekly group coaching calls, access to the full DBU course module library, performance tracking tools, and ongoing feedback on content creation and business strategy. This program is designed to help barbers and beauty professionals grow their barbering or beauty service income through improved marketing, content creation, pricing strategy, and client acquisition.

2.2 — Elite Coach / Elite Team Program

The DBU Elite Coach and Elite Team Programs are advanced coaching offerings for individual barbers who have completed the One-on-One program and verified a minimum of $10,000/month in barbering income, and for barbershop and salon owners respectively. The investment for these programs is $12,000. These programs include expanded coaching access, team coaching for shop and salon owners, and eligibility for expanded commission levels within the DBU referral network.

2.3 — DBU Network Referral Program

The DBU Network Referral Program is a separate income stream available to members who elect to participate at signup. Network commissions are earned by referring new app subscribers and coaching program students to the Company. Network income is entirely separate from barbering and beauty service income. The income data presented in Section 3 of this IDS relates exclusively to barbering and beauty service income growth achieved by coaching program students. Network commission income data is presented separately in Section 5 of this IDS.

Section 3 — Coaching Program Income Data

3.1 — One-on-One Coaching Program ($6,000) — Formal Online Program

Engagement Classification — Important Note

Of the six (6) participants who achieved below $5,000/month or no measurable income result, all six self-discontinued from the program prior to completing the core curriculum requirements defined below. These participants did not complete the minimum engagement threshold and are therefore classified as non-engaged for the purposes of this disclosure.

Zero (0) students who completed the full program engagement requirements failed to achieve a minimum of $5,000/month in additional barbering or beauty service income.

Minimum Engagement Threshold Definition

For the purposes of this Income Disclosure Statement, a student is classified as 'fully engaged' when they have met ALL of the following measurable criteria:

• Attended a minimum of 80% of scheduled weekly group coaching calls during their program period
• Submitted at least 3 content videos for coach feedback within the first 14 days of enrollment
• Completed the core Phase 1 strategy (Geo Tag Consultation Video) within the first 30 days
• Maintained active communication with their assigned Certified Coach throughout the program
• Implemented a minimum of three coach-directed strategy adjustments during the program period

3.2 — Verified Student Result Examples

The following results are drawn from actual students enrolled in the DBU One-on-One Coaching Program during the February 2025 through April 2026 data collection period. All income figures are student-reported and verified through available documentation including testimonials, social media posts, booking records, and direct communication with the founder.

* Wyslin and Sorrin are hairstylists, not barbers. Their results are included as representative of the DBU Beauty University program track and the broader applicability of the DBU content and marketing strategy framework across the beauty industry.

Section 4 — In-Person Coaching History

4.1 — Founder's In-Person Barbershop Coaching Record

Prior to launching the formal online One-on-One Coaching Program in February 2025, founder Esteban Lesmez coached barbers in person through his barbershop operations, Franchise model and mentorship programs spanning more than a decade of industry experience. This section provides context on that broader coaching history.

Section 5 — Network Referral Commission Income Data

5.1 — Network Program Launch Status

The Dynasty Barber University and Dynasty Beauty University Network Referral Program is a new program scheduled to launch at the June 2026 live event. As of the effective date of this Income Disclosure Statement, the network program has not yet launched and no commission income data exists for any participant.

5.2 — Hypothetical Commission Illustration

The following table illustrates hypothetical commission earnings at various network sizes based on the confirmed compensation plan rates. These figures are purely illustrative and are NOT a projection or guarantee of actual earnings. They assume consistent monthly activity at the stated network size, 100% payment collection, and no refunds — conditions that are unlikely to be achieved by all or most participants.

Section 6 — Required Disclosures and Member Obligations

6.1 — Standard Income Claim Disclaimer

The following disclaimer language must be included in all marketing materials, social media content, direct message recruiting scripts, and any other communication that references income figures, student results, or earning potential. All network members are contractually required to use this disclaimer when making income representations in a recruiting context.

6.2 — Prohibited Income Claim Language

The following types of statements are prohibited for all network members, setters, and representatives of the Company in any recruiting, marketing, or promotional context:

• Any statement that guarantees a specific income level (e.g., 'You will make $10,000/month')
• Any statement that implies typical results without referencing the IDS (e.g., 'Our students make $10K/month' without disclaimer)
• Any use of specific dollar figures in recruiting DMs without the required disclaimer language
• Any representation that the network referral program provides a primary or guaranteed income source
• Any comparison of DBU earnings potential to employment income without appropriate context and disclaimer

Section 7 — Certification and Signature

I, Esteban Lesmez, founder of Dynasty Barber University and Dynasty Beauty University, hereby certify that the income outcome data and student result information contained in this Income Disclosure Statement is accurate and truthful to the best of my knowledge as of the data collection period stated herein. I understand that this document will be reviewed by legal counsel prior to publication and that I am responsible for providing updated data as directed by counsel.
